Situated in the hills with total privacy, Le Palme enjoys far reaching views to the beaches of Ansedonia, delightful Porto Ercole and the forts of Monte Argentario. Impressive wide steps lined with beautifully designed plant pots, lead up to the entrance hall and beyond to the massive living room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with wonderful paintings, antiques, bookcases and a large open fireplace, there is ample space with a further sitting area with plenty of comfortable sofas. Glass doors from the living room lead to a very elegant dining area with glass tables and a door to the terrace.

Inside, a formal dining room with ocean views provides another eating area and beyond here, a large and well equipped kitchen - very much the domain of the cook. All of the bedrooms have en- suite baths, ample space and stylish décor. Behind the villa is a fabulous pool area - the piece de resistance of the property. With olive and pine trees in abundance, at one end of the pool is the stunning covered eating area with wooden ceiling. Yellow and white sofas, sun beds, cushions and coffee tables all make this a fantastic area for al fresco dining - there are even coordinating yellow and white curtains which can be closed to provide even more atmosphere if dining in the evening. All along the sides of the pool, there are pots with colourful plants and more sun beds and at the far end there is a changing room. The entire area is very much a stylish and yet practical designer creation and will provide guests with a magical venue in which to relax under the Tuscan sun.
