Villa I Mulini ("the house of the windmills") is a handsome property situated on a terraced slope, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Orbetello Lagoon, La Feniglia's extensive sandy beach and the "La Rocca Spagnola" fortress in the far distance.

Built on two floors, this unique house is rich in history, notably it is one of the "Belle Arti of Siena" properties, dating back to the 18th century. However, as well as fascinating history and its idyllic setting, Villa I Mulini is home to arguably one of the most stunning Mediterranean gardens in Argentario, which is depicted as "Argentario's white garden". The acclaimed magazine, "Ville e Giardini" recently chose I Mulini to feature in a 5-page spread in its summer issue magazine.

The Villa is furnished with an elegant mix of beautiful antique furniture and contemporary pieces all together creating a stylish yet comfortable feel.

The interior comprises of a spacious drawing room with an expansive 6-meter bay window, which does the spectacular panorama justice. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room. The villa, sleeping 10, has four double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms; of which there is one main master bedroom, with a quaint study sitting room area and wardrobe. There is also a bedroom with a bunk bed, which is ideal for young children. All bedrooms overlook the magnificent vista.

Even though the house is very light and open, it also offers air conditioning, central heating and two elegant French antique fireplaces, meaning that it is very much an all-season house.

The exterior present an attractive outdoor seating area, a small outdoor kitchen and an outdoor dining area situated under a picturesque pergola. One can also appreciate the peaceful tranquility of the grounds. A small orchard offers one with plentiful homegrown organic fruit and vegetables and along which a small stream runs.
