The hamlet is constructed directly on the Feniglia beach on the Ansedonia side, and is now owned and lovingly looked after by a prominent Florentine-Roman family, who enjoy it throughout the year.

Villa Torre Tagliata is a two storey stone and stucco building. On the ground level there are the living and dining rooms, a large kitchen with all modern amenities, a laundry room, and a double guest room with ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs on the second level there is the master bedroom with a queen bed, three double bedrooms all with single beds and three bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to a double bedroom.
