Isola Rossa

Torre del Falco

Close to the villa sits a 30m pool surrounded by a 13th century hand-chiselled marble patio from which, on a clear night, the shimmering lights of Rome can be seen. A few feet further on finds our guest within a rare 16th century Botanical garden.

Vineyards, chestnut trees and a kiwi orchard co-exist with naturally set fountains and walking paths. Romantic simplicity and modern amenities prevail within, as well. The house features three suites, all with en suite bathrooms decorated with rare 18th century hand-painted tiles. The walls throughout are frescoed with pigment using timeless Roman techniques. The Stargazer Suite—found on the top floor—is surrounded by a large 360 degree rooftop terrace, and hosts a tower bathroom with a round Jacuzzi under a stargazing dome.

The plentiful, sunny live-in kitchen allows luxurious preparation and enjoyment fireside, or in the indoor patio sunroom that walks out onto a large stone terrace with slow-running fountains. Beside the kitchen, a small bedroom with private entrance, suitable for a nanny or teenager.

The Pavilion, the main floor grand room, features sunrise and sunset views, 15 foot ceilings, and a grand fireplace; and walks out onto a stone terrace and water fountain next to the guest house and private spa.
